Greetings, Friends of Small Steps!
We’re excited to announce that this year’s Small Steps Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at Heidelberg Country Club in Bernville, PA. Please mark your calendars!
- Registration opens at 10:30 AM, followed by lunch at 11:00 AM.
- The tournament will be played in Scramble Format, with a shotgun start at 12:30 PM.
- Registration includes Greens Fee, Cart, Lunch, Skill Prizes, Golfer Swag, and Cocktails and Heavy Hors d’oeuvres after Golf!

About the Small Steps Scholarship -
The Small Steps Scholarship Fund was founded in 2000 by Brad R. Small, a graduate of Conrad Weiser High School and Elizabethtown College. Brad, the Managing Partner at CoActive Wealth Strategists, LLC, is also a Registered Representative with American Portfolios Financial Services, Inc., which is not affiliated with CoActive Wealth Strategists, LLC. Beyond his professional achievements, Brad is a dedicated community leader.
Driven by his passion for supporting young people in their professional aspirations, Brad established the Small Steps Scholarship to recognize students who demonstrate:
- Leadership by example
- Perseverance through challenges
- The ability to turn obstacles into opportunities
Since its inception, 104 scholarships totaling $65,000 have been awarded to deserving students from Conrad Weiser High School.
